Terms of Service
These terms explain how Autopilot works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Using Autopilot
Autopilot is a tool to help small business owners create social media content, generate ideas, and plan posts. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Subscription and billing
Autopilot offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
- When you upgrade, you will be charged the new plan amount for the upcoming billing period.
- When you downgrade or cancel, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused features.
3. Plan limits
Each plan comes with monthly limits for AI-generated posts, Lou conversations, and content ideas. These limits reset at the start of each billing month. If you reach your limit, you will need to upgrade or wait for your allowance to reset. We count usage on the server side so limits cannot be bypassed.
4. Your responsibilities
When using Autopilot, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about yourself and your business.
- Review all AI-generated content before publishing or scheduling it.
- Not use Autopilot to create harmful, misleading, illegal, or infringing content.
- Not attempt to bypass usage limits, access other users' data, or interfere with the service.
- Comply with the terms of any third-party platforms you connect, such as Meta or LinkedIn.
5. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or if required by law. You can also close your account at any time. When an account is closed, we will delete or anonymise your data in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required to keep it.
6. Intellectual property
You own the content you create and publish using Autopilot. We own the Autopilot platform, brand, code, and designs. You grant us permission to use your business information solely to provide the service to you.
7. Limitation of liability
Autopilot is provided to help you create content, but we cannot guarantee that every post will be perfect, accurate, or suitable for your audience. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose, or AUD $100 if you were on a free plan.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continuing to use Autopilot after changes means you accept the updated terms.
